Refund & Service Policy

Due to the custom nature of laser engraving, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as a change of mind or customer-submitted file errors.

Eligible Refunds
You may request a full refund or remake if:

The item arrives damaged

The engraving differs significantly from the approved design

There is a production error caused by us

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include photos and your order details.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:

Customer design errors (misspellings, incorrect sizing)

Subjective dissatisfaction when the item matches approved design

Minor variations in material or engraving finish

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before engraving starts for a full refund. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Return of Damaged Items
We may request that damaged or defective items be returned before issuing a refund or remake.
