Custom Work Agreement
All items are custom-produced based on customer-submitted designs and specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless due to an error on our part.
Design Submission
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and final design files. We accept common formats such as SVG, PNG, and PDF. If issues arise (e.g., low resolution, unreadable format), we may contact you before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have the right to use all submitted designs. We are not liable for copyright violations in your files.
Approval and Proofs
We may provide a proof or mockup for your review. Work does not begin until you confirm. We are not responsible for errors in approved designs.
Limitations of Liability
Minor variations in color, engraving depth, or material finish may occur due to the natural behavior of laser processing. We are not liable for such variations when they fall within acceptable professional standards. errors in approved designs.
